A-10 survives House vote

I don't suppose the House also passed a resolution demanding more money in the budget to help off-set the costs of keeping the A-10?

"This year's push to sideline the approximately 350 A-10s remaining in use was started by Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel as a way to cope under federal budget-cutting mandates.

In February, noting the "steep" spending cuts imposed by sequestration the previous year, Hagel said at a news conference that the spending limits of the recent Bipartisan Budget Act "forces us to cut more than $75 billion" in fiscal years 2014 and 2015, while facing other reductions in the future."
