A Couple of Questions

As I have been going through and completing the paperwork on the DoDMERB I ran into some things that I had some questions about:
1. I had COVID symptoms and I went to a neighborhood ER to get tested, does that count as an ER visit?
2. I had knee surgery to clean some things up and had PT because of that, do I need to put down every single PT visit or just the first date or is there a way to enter a range of dates?
3. When it asks about illnesses is it looking for major illnesses like COVID or something beyond or is it asking for things like strep and the flu?
4. I'm also currently an Offensive Lineman who is over the weight requirement for my height, I'm working on dropping that but will I be able to update that information when I get there because I want to schedule my medical now knowing it can sometimes take a while?

1. Yes.
2. Range of dates
3. Significant illnesses. Err on the side of reporting too much.
4. Unless there's a medical association with your weight, it will NOT be an issue for DoDMERB. The weight is will be between you and Admissions. :wiggle:
