A glimpse into SEAL PT

My knees are throbbing just reading that. I don't even recognize some of those dance steps, but that could just be my simple T&F background. You don't need to know much to run around the track once. (My coach had a dry sense of humor, and as a distance guy he had clear thoughts on capacity of quarter milers: "Don't get lost, just keep turning left and stop when you get back here.")
