I am over halfway through my first semester at USMA! Please feel free to ask me any questions regarding admissions, classes, daily schedule, cadet life, etc.
 
I live upstate. Enjoy this very warm November. You got lucky.

How are the classes? Harder or easier than you expected?

It is actually getting colder faster than I expected. I am from Texas. In regards to classes, I actually did a year of college before coming to West Point, so the classes are just like what I expected if not a little easier. I think all college classes are about time management and just staying ahead of the assignments.

LOL I was joking about the weather. It sucks!

My son at USNA would agree with you about classes.

1) What's worse, the weather or the food?
2) Did you apply to USMA originally before your first year of college?
3) Did you apply to the other SA's, after the college year or before?
4) How have you enjoyed the experience thus far?
5) What surprised you the most?
6) What might you pick for your academic major?
7) How do you like the club/intramural sports, assuming you aren't a d-1 athlete?
8) How was Beast?
9) Do you feel there's a high level of camaraderie?
