So I have taken most of my required courses, but they say trig is required and my high school does not offer trigonometry at my school. What do I do?
Yeah I am taking honors pre calc this semesterHave you taken pre-calc? I think that’s what counted as trig for me.
I have the choice between AP physics and AP environmental science... AP physics is extremely hard and I don't like the topic so I'm not sure if I will do good, but I know it is a recommended course. What should I do?You can only take what you can take. SAs evaluate high-school academic performance based on your transcript and your school profile. They know what classes are — and aren’t — offered. So if trig isn’t offered, no worries. More importantly, make sure you’re taking the toughest classes your school has to offer, especially in STEM and English.

There is regular physics but not honors and I don't know if that's better than just not taking it at allis there honors or regular physics?
“Facing the physics.” The SA version of “facing the music.”You have to face physics sooner or later.
