Accept your appointment as soon as you are sure are ready to accept it but you must decide by May 1 if you receive it prior to May 1. Keep in mind there will be some pertinent information for reporting that you won't receive until you accept.

If you receive your appointment after May 1, USMA won't give you two weeks to decide.
