What is the most effective way to Train for the Acft at home with minimal equipment.

I have acsess to a Bench Press and hand weights.

Uhh not sure if you've checked it out, but the Army actually has a website link with descriptions and videos on how to train for the ACFT: https://www.army.mil/acft/

Very few of them actually need equipment, but your bench press and hand weights are perfect according to the training videos. For me, I've followed the site's suggestions, and done every one of the videos to exhaustion on alternating days. For instance, I'll focus on the deadlift and power throw drills one day, pushup and leg tuck drills another day, and the drag/carry drills plus extra running (weather permitting) on the following day. I try to run 2 miles or more everyday as well if the weather permits. I'm just trying to come into my first day of AROTC in August in the best shape of my life.

Also! Do NOT skip out on good nutrition. Just because you exercise your butt off doesn't give you the excuse of eating poorly. High protein, high (quality) fats, and medium carbs, and I'm sure this regiment will allow for a great score on the ACFT.

Hope this helps!
