Second that on the Accutane, you don't want to mess up his medical status and I know that is one that is a DQ. At this point he is so close to I-Day you don't want to add any new meds without checking first. Not sure what the DODMERB letter states, but I think it used to state any change of medical condition or medications must be reported between DODMERB clearance and I-Day. I would almost wait it out until after the Summer and then he can make an appointment with USNA docs and they prescribe it. I wouldn't take anything until you know it is ok and doesn't put his appt in jeopardy.
