ACT Hard Copy Scores

The act.org website does not allow downloading the scores as it used to, only sending them for $16. Our Congressman only takes "official" hard copies and does not participate in the "Send to" program, and neither does our high school. Did anyone solve this one yet? This is new within the last two years. Screenshots don't work particularly well and the "help" line was useless.

Don't remember exactly how, but we printed DS scores. Maybe did a print screen from a computer? Or maybe his hs counselor was able to print them?
