I checked my CIS today and all three of my SAT scores from Jan. 28, March 10, and May 5 are there. But for some reason my ACT scores from April 14 are not present, and I had USNA as a recipient for these scores when I registered.

Is this a glitch? or did USNA not receive my scores?

only one way to find out, call admissions. last year they messed up all my scores and put wrong numbers in. mistakes can happen.

I'd probably call them at this point (or email). Be aware it does take them quite some time to update info oftentimes. My scores took at least a month to update last year.

When it's been that long, I would personally call and talk to your counselor.

Certainly if more than a month has passed since your scores were reported to you - call your RD. However, bear in mind that Admissions has been very busy the past couple of months with filling USNA 2016, selecting NASS and STEM participants, and sorting through applications for three classes of BGO trainees (100 each). If you have been by Leahy Hall where Admissions and Candidate Guidance is housed, you will be amazed at how small the staff is. At best it takes a week or two for data to make it onto the proper roster; if it is arriving by snail mail it probably will take much longer. And sometimes something will get lost or misfiled - KEEP COPIES OF THE INFORMATION YOU ARE SUBMITTING, AND TAKE A SPARE FILE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT COMMUNICATIONS TO I-DAY WITH YOU! Strange things can happen when you are in-processing more than a thousand young men and women in a matter of a few hours; ie, make it a habit to cover your six!

called admissions today; ACT scores from April (and probably other test dates) have not been entered yet and will most likely be entered in the next few days as the new plebes settle in

I had this same issue with the April 2012 scores not being loaded. All it took was one email to my Admissions Counselor. The problem was fixed within a couple days.

quick update

same here. my son's scores were posted within 60 minutes of sending the email to admissions.

I called in

I called the candidate guidance office, and was transfered to an answering machine. I just left a message with my name, candidate number, and the purpose of calling, and it was updated the next day. It took 2 minutes.
