ACT scores on portal

I've seen some other talk on here about scores not being updated. DD is having trouble figuring out what to do. Her top scores aren't reflected in her portal and reading not at all(maybe they don't look at that one?), one of them is significantly lower than her best. She has reached out to admissions team more than once over the past month with no responses. Is anyone else having this problem? We've even reached out to ACT to confirm scores were sent. Maybe they are all there and just not showing up on portal. ALO can't see it all from his end. On another note, is USAFA offering candidate visit weekends like USNA?
 
I have the same problem. No response from admissions team, scores not showing up. The SAT score portal shows they've been sent, but the USAFA application portal says otherwise. Any help or information would be appreciated.

If it makes anyone feel any better, I sent my scores in July and they JUST appeared not even a week ago. Something's are NOT instantaneous. Just give it time and be patient :)
 
Interesting, I sent in my SAT scores on November 18th and they showed up in less than a week.
 
My DD can’t see her scores either, she only sees check marks. Is there a different portal she has to go to?
