Does the Naval Academy consider only the reading and math scores of the ACT? I thought they considered all four scores/composite score but on CIS the only scores listed are from my reading and math. I'm wondering if they only average those two scores with out the english/science. It kind of makes sense as they only look at reading and math on the SAT.

I'm asking this question because I never sent a particular ACT test to admissions due to the fact that my composite score didn't really increase (1/2 a point) but the reading and math portions of it did. Would it be best to send scores from this Particular ACT test even though I took it a while back?

Thanks for the Help!

Send the ACT scores since they did improve. Every little bit helps.

I agree to send any improved scores, but I'm pretty sure (just checked my son's to make sure) that even though it shows Math and Verbal, they're using the English score rather than the "reading" score from the ACT in the Verbal section.

The USNA uses the Math and English (not Critical Reading) scores from the ACT.
Send USNA your highest scores from these subjects, even if they were from different testing dates.
