ACT scores

Should I send in my ACT scores? They were less than satisfactory:
Math: 27
Reading: 30
Writing: 29
Science: 25
English: 30

Ran out of time on the science :/

I did slightly better on my SAT, so would it hurt me to submit these scores? Thanks!

I understand, but this is my first ACT and I don't plan on taking it again. So if my SAT is higher, should I even bother submitting my ACT score?

Yes. Do it anyway. I submitted all of mine and received an LOA to USMA in October with a score of 710 Math, 710 CR, and 730 Writing. However, I submitted all of my previous tests. I heard that submitting all shows perseverance.
