My December ACT results show in my portal, but my April 2nd ACT results do not. They were (or were supposed to be) sent directly to USNA by ACT. It's been about six weeks so I was wondering how long it typically takes for the portal to be updated? I realize they are very busy right about now and I am not in a rush about getting it officially updated, but this is my last week of school so I was hoping to get this figured out before we are out for the summer in the event that it was a problem on our end.

I get it. Six weeks is quite a long time, actually.
Send an EMail to your Admissions Counselor and see if he/she can check for you to see if USNA received them.

If not, you can send another request to ACT to re-send your new scores to USNA.
Make sure they know that the USNA's ACT college code is 1742.
You can do this any time, even after you're out of school for the summer.

USNA can also pull the new scores off of your official transcript (being sent from your High School).
Make sure that you have your school send the official transcript (USNA will not accept transcripts from Parchment or other services).

I also took my ACT then, and my results aren’t showing in the portal either. Maybe it’s just taking a while for the ACT people to send all of the scores to colleges.

I called ACT and they said they sent the scores to USNA on May 7th. I was told that USNA got scores via disc about twice a month. They'll be updated soon I assume.

My DD’s initial scores showed on the portal but a later improved subject score did not. She called admissions and they were able to find the improved score and make the update. Only math and english will show on the portal. I would call.

If ACT sent the scores to USNA on May 7th, then they've had a week or less to process them. I'd wait a few weeks before worrying/wondering.
Calling now is really not going to help anything as they haven't had the time to work this yet.
