So I was asked to bring in the activities sheet this Thursday for my AF ROTC interview, but I can't seem to print it out? Is there some button I'm missing to print the page? Otherwise, it doesn't look right and the boxes below each activity where the descriptions go cut off the sentences in them.

Not sure if this is new but I don't remember having to print out from the actual activities page. I never faxed my resume either and I didn't have referrals. I just applied last year too. Perhaps you should type out the activities you listed instead since from my memory, the actual webpage that you type your activities is in a format you can't print directly from. Or bring in a second resume. They looked at only my resume which had my activities so it was essentially a 2 in 1 thing.

It may, so follow the directions given directly to you by the PMS. I would def. bring a resume too.
I am not trying to be nitpicky, just giving you a craniums up regarding terminology. A PMS is not a recruiter. They are officers assigned to a ROTC detachment that will submit a score for your application package based on the interview. You don't want to walk in and imply in anyway that they are a recruiter.
In the AF, recruiters are typically enlisted and associated with 1 of 2 things.
1. Enlisted
2. OCS
Depending on the size of the unit they maybe anywhere from Lt. Col to Col. A small unit might have an O4 interview.
Make sure that you remember 1st impressions matter.
1. If you are going to wear a tie, than wear it for an hour or so the night before if you are not accustom to wearing a tie.
~ Most kids don't realize that they fidget with it if they are not accustomed to wearing one. It can be very distracting to the interviewer.
~ Same is true for their sleeves, they typically will keep running their fingers around their wrists or yanking them down as they sit because it feels awkward to them
2. Polish your shoes.
3. If it is a long drive, hand the shirt up in the car and wear just the white undershirt. Throw it on once you are there. This way it is not all wrinkled in the back and sleeves from the drive. Long ride to me, means 1 hr.
Be prepared to answer questions about your activities or resume. Good luck

Both are fine. What I was stating is that there are kids that they decide to wear a suit/blazer/tie, etc. They are not accustom to wearing a button down shirt and so it can feel constraining, thus, they unknowingly fidget in the chair. They also don't know how to sit in a jacket. They forget to unbutton the top button or they sit on the tail of the coat, thus now they are feeling uncomfortable.
Just wearing it around the house for an hour or so, will make you feel more comfortable.

I've been asked to do the same. Except, I'm going to bring my resume with me to the interview. They told me to email my "activity sheet" to them as soon as it was convenient. But I'm not sure what format I should use to create the "activity sheet," since it'll be separate from my resume. What format did you use? I know it needs to look decent and easy to read, if not impressive. Any help from anyone will be much appreciate!
