I've been trying to find the address for final transcripts to be mailed to and can't find it anyone that can give it to me i would be thankful!

I was wondering about this, too. I didn't see anything in the Permit to Report package about sending a final transcript. Did I miss it somewhere?

We used the same address as for the past transcripts:

Dean of Admissions
United States Naval Academy
117 Decatur Road
Annapolis, MD 21402-5019

Hope this is the correct place to send them.

BTW, this is also the address for the police record checks. However, that big manila envelope in the PTR packet has a different address. Hmmmm

Where have you seen any instructions regarding sending a final transcript? I don't recall seeing this requirement anywhere.

Thanks

final transcripts were mentioned at a earlier date-i know they will need them because B&G said for his grades not to drop-lol i assume they will go to the nominations and appointments but will call the academy tomorrow. Also----we didn't get the ACE loan form anyone else have that problem or is it somewhere in front of our face. Goodness at the forms!

Grades

Did anyone get any more info on final grades?

We sent final transcript to above address and son's CIS page has been updated to reflect receipt of 8th semester transcript. (high school transcript : 03JUN2010)

Did the NA send a request to anyone? I don't recall anything that asked us send them. Plus, don't they have to be official - e.g. from the school?

Also, DD graduates on the 18th - is two weeks enough to do anything regarding them?

We had his dual-credt transcript sent directly from the college. As far as his other courses, I mail that transcript because we home school.

I wish I could remember where I read about the 8th semester transcripts, but I know they must be expected because our BGO (as Blackhawkmom experienced) mentioned to my son more than once to keep his grades up during his last semester. I figured that wouldn't matter so much if no one from the academy was ever going to see them.

I guess I would just have the transcript(s) sent, as soon as it is available. Better safe than sorry.
