In the permit to report instructions booklet it keeps telling to send the immediate action paperwork to:
"Complete forms 1 through 9 listed below and return them to the Academy without delay (absolutely no later than 30 May 2009) in the large brown envelope addressed
“U.S. Naval Academy, Commandant of Midshipmen.”
But the rest of the address is never given throughout the booklet. Could someone provide the rest of this address as we did not make a copy of the envelope before we sent in the paperwork? The only thing we didn't copy...the brown envelope address. Thanks
