Administering the CFA

Hey!

I have a question concerning who can administer the CFA. I know a physical ed teacher or lias. officer can administer the CFA, but I also heard that your JROTC officer can administer the CFA. Is this true? It sure would be a lot more conveinent for me. Thanks.

Yes, it is true. My SAI (O-5) was going to administer mine. In the end, I just got one of my dad's co-workers (O-3) to do it.
 
I also have another question, how far in advance should I schedule my CFA with my administer, like 45 days in advance would that be a good amount? Thanks.
