Saw on the USCGA website that the application opens up early August. Didn't see it posted today. Anyone know when they expect to open it by? Appreciate your assistance.
 
It officially opens on Monday Aug 5. Usually opens on Aug 4 the CG birthday but it is a Sunday this year.
