Does Admissions meet and look at completed files before the EA deadline of October 1, or do they simply compile all files and begin considering files after October 1?

I believe the EA deadline is October 15th. Not sure about the process, but it makes more sense to me that they would wait until the deadline to start reviewing files. With the limited number of completed files at this time, it seems as though it would be hard to make good admissions decisions(small sample size type of thing).

Correction...October 15th for the EA deadline. Still curious when the board starts meeting to review completed applications. I know that in years past there have been offers of appointment made before the EA deadline.

We may begin reviewing applications prior to October 15th, but the first Admissions Committee (where appointments may be tendered) is scheduled for the last week in October.
