Admissions counselor question

I believe my son is "Triple Q'd" for all intents and purposes to the USNA. I got this information by digging a little. Medically he's fine, physically and academically he's probably at the minimum standards, but passed nonetheless. About a month or so ago his "ADMISSIONS COUNSELOR" information disappeared from his application status page so I figured they "wrote him off" for lack of a better term.

Today, I had him check his status and the "ADMISSIONS COUNSELOR" information was filled in with a new name. Can anyone shed a light on this?

It means absolutely nothing with his qualification as a candidate. They might have been switching counselors or might of been a technical glitch.

Thanks. I thought so too. We visited USNA this past summer and he REALLY became interested since then. He's an outstanding young man, but I the process is very competitive.
