Hello! Is anyone else having trouble accessing their candidate file in order to submit the personal statement? Just wondering if others were having the same problem or if there is something wrong on our end.

Ive been having trouble formatting my Personal statement on the CIS form.

Please see my thread "CIS form problems" for info on that.

However, I believe you are reffering to a different problem:

Today when I tried to access the CIS system I got " Internet explorer cannt display the webpage"

And I just tried logging into the CIS form again:

It logged me in, but there were errors and codes all over the page. I wouldnt try submitting anything untill all those errors are fixed.

I was having trouble earlier too, but it is working again for me now.

Try cleaning out your cache or try a different browser.
