Admitted Candidates Forms

Hello,

I am a bit confused. I have accepted my appointment and am trying to fill out forms. On my portal it has things listed such as "immunization form", "panarex", "vision survey" , etc. That being said, I cannot click on any of these to be transferred to where the actual form that I need to get filled out is....Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.

At the top of the overview page you'll see "Instructions for Applicants Offered Admission" and "Forms for Applicants Offered Admission". Click on each and print them out.
