First, you really need to provide much more information about your situation; eg, what courses have you take to date, and have you taken any of the "expected" courses, AP or otherwise? If you check the catalogue or go to <www.usna.edu/Admissions> you will find recommedated courses for prospects to take in high school; comp sci isn't one of the high priority courses. It would be much more productive for you to take algebra II, plane geometry, chemistry with lab, physics, pre-calculus, calculus, trigonometry, and grammar and composition - at the highest level at which they are offerred at your school, or a junior college. What happens if you are taking the desired courses during your senior year? Depends upon your preformance to that time. It is possible that you will be held up for your seventh semester transcript. It sounds to me that you need to meet with your guidance counselor and lay out a course of action that will make it possible to get the courses which you will be expected to have taken. Best wishes.
