AFA question

Hi, our DS's PE teacher is unavailable to proctor the AFA. The instructions reference active duty officer, can any branch active duty officer administer? Thank you!
 
I think DS's wrestling coach did this one. I don't know the answer to your question, but maybe have your son contact his recruiter. DS's recruiter was fairly non-responsive to emails, but always answered his phone. If that doesn't work, try emailing Naval Service Training Command (the email on the main page of NROTC for application adjustments). When DS's file was being finalized the end of August he was missing a couple of signatures and received an email from them from that email. They were very responsive, and after getting to them what was needed, he got another email saying everything was updated and complete. But your son's recruiter should be able to answer that question for him.
