AFROTC Form 28- Pre-Participatory Sport Physical Won't Show Up

I've filled out nearly everything and when I got to the ROTC Releases and Forms section and clicked on (AFROTC Form 28- Pre-Participatory Sport Physical) I was prompted with a page that said the following:

Right click on the link and select "save target as" (or equivalent). Then use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open it.
