I enrolled this year in the AFROTC program, and I realize that selections for field training are based on different factors, but I am curious to know how many slots are usually allocated to non-rated cadets compared to rated? Also my goal is to become an Intel officer, and I am fluent in Arabic. Can that boost my chances in ROTC when it comes to SFT selection?

You might mean nontech vs tech degrees. a very rough number to put it into perspective would be a 20% nontech 80% tech split. If you go for a "rated EA" it puts you in about the 80% field.
