AFROTC notification

Good luck! DS got bad news from his reach school yesterday so he could use some positive news today/tomorrow.
 
Does USAFA and AFROTC scholarship program share any information if you apply for both?
 
Waiting for my daughter's results as well. It's hurry up and wait ( I should remember as a vet). I am assuming if the results aren't released by the AM east coast time, it will be the next day.

not that I am aware of. Though I do know at one point you could opt to have your USAFA interview count as your AFROTC interview. Not that I think anyone should.
 
Just to confirm, the first board that met was AF, the 2nd was SF and the 3rd and final is AF? This has been quite a different process than the ARMY app a couple of years ago. Has anyone heard anything?

I've been stalking the site all morning and will continue to do so all day! Good luck to all! Everyone of these applicants should be so proud to get to the point they are. It's on the back of a lot of hard work and character development.

Wish I would have known that - I think the USAFA interview went better than the AFROTC interview - you never know though.

Unfortunately, I tried to do that this year, however, it did not work. I did end up having to meet with a detachment commander over Zoom as originally planned. To add on, I was also supposed to meet the 1st board deadline, however, due to technical error, was sent to the 2nd board... giving more time for other people to get back to me and let me know that it was not a possibility this year LOL.

Our DS missed out on the the first 2 boards because they never processed his fitness results we sent way back from October. Finally made him eligible after we caught it.. Praying the 3rd board will come through for him but we are patiently waiting like everyone else. He received a 3 year Army scholarship but I don’t know how competitive it will be for the AF especially the 3rd and final board.
