You should really consider making that group private so that people can't see who's in it. I know that sounds super paranoid, but ISIS has been using social media to find out the names of RPA pilots as well as their family members. I specifically know of one woman who started getting threats on her home phone while her husband was deployed, and I've heard rumors of other threats. Anyways, just remember OPSEC and keep yourselves safe. :)
 
I agree with Caitlyn.

It is an OPSEC aspect.

IE...I am Will and Merce0913, not only do I know your last name now, but I know of others too because you tagged them in your photos. Do the names Jomar, Brad, Richie and Samantha mean anything to you I am Will?

I get your generation likes FB, and my kids were no different at your age. However, I can tell you that my DS (O2) is now silent as a graveyard on FB because of OPSEC. There are no current pics of him, his wife, his dog, etc. on his FB page.

Congrats to all...and now the new rollercoaster ride starts!
 
I would love to see the stats because they seem all over the place for pilot.

I would be interested too Pima. I've heard that there were RPAs picked up with PCSMs in the teens and pilots in the 40s. Also, because we have yet to hear our results.
 
My commander told me yesterday that the results had not been released yet. I will post them as soon as I get them from him.
 
Hey all, unfortunately I was not selected for Pilot, or any other rated duty. Here are my stats.

66 PCSM
3/21 FT (SP)
96.7 PFA
2.8 GPA (Tech, aerospace engineering, not great)
Middle 1/3 CC
98 AFOQT Pilot
8 Flight Hours

I dunno. Honestly, pretty devastated. I thought I was competitive, but turns out not so much, evidently, haha. Thanks for the help.

What interest did you indicate for them all?

Yeah, I was the only AS300 that went for the board to not get rated. We had 1 pilot, 3 CSOs. I have 8 flight hours, and my PCSM score with no flight hours was 58.
