AFROTC Scholarship Details Question

Does anyone happen to know....

Does a Type 7 literally just pay Tuition, or Tuition and 'Fees'.

It looks like just the actual tution from what I can tell. But apparently, at A&M, and many others I am sure, there is a 'College Advancement Fee' which is about half of the tuition rate.

If I recall it does pay fees, or at least it did, but they are very specific on the fees they pay.

I am currently on a type 7 AFROTC. It does pay for tuiton AND fees. The only fees it does not pay for are ones that not every student pays for. For example: I do not live on campus so I pay for a parking pass every year. This is not covered by the AFROTC scholarship, but all my other fees are covered.
