AFROTC Scholarship Essay or LOR?

Hello-

I am working on my application for the AFROTC Scholarship and am looking for some clarity on what they want. Do they want Letters of Recommendation or have essay prompts/short answer questions? I've read that Navy does and I imagine Army does too, but I can't seem to find any for AF. Any clarity would be appreciated.

You don't need either of them to apply at all. Have you begun the application process on WINGS yet?

Yes I have, I'm almost done (need to do fitness test and SAT). Once that is complete is that all of my application for the AFROTC Scholarship (besides the interview)?

That's correct. Once you submit the application (or have all the checkmarks done) they will email you with further instructions.
