So I was recently awarded a type 2 3.5 year in college AFROTC scholarship. I was informed that I was originally not chosen for a scholarship after my first semester, but then a couple of weeks later I was notified that there were a couple of extra scholarships left over from the board and that I would be getting one. Will they reimburse me for my 2nd semester tuition? Because I was told that the people originally chosen for scholarships after first semester would be. I'm a freshmen if that helps. Thanks!
