Any one else not been paid yet for the 2020/2021 year? Our daughter is a Type 1 HSSP recipient Freshman and each month since August her school’s ROTC chain of command says she’ll start receiving her monthly scholarship per diem and she still has not. She also hasn’t received the book allowance from Fall or Spring. I’ve encouraged her to go to AFROTC HQ but she doesn’t want to break her school’s ROTC chain of command - any advice out there?
