AIM Checklist question (help find a form)

Hi! Our DD is going to AIM in person, and for the life of me, I cannot find this form: "Complete acknowledgment of the Cadet Handbook Form"

We have scoured the handbook and website (https://uscga.edu/get-set/) her emails for acceptance and Bears Den... I'm not sure if we're overlooking it, anyone know where to find it?

"Acceptance Checklist Please complete the online forms below and e-mail them to AIM@uscga.edu by June 15th, 2023. Instructions will be transmitted to accepted students via the email address used to complete your AIM applicaiton. ● Complete the Medical Release and Emergency Contact Form ● Provide a copy of your Medical Insurance Card ● Complete the Image Release Form ● Complete the Online Travel Survey ● Complete acknowledgment of the Cadet Handbook Form"

That last line was not on the list last year. I'm wondering if it is a mistake or if they meant to include a new form.

Awesome, thank you. I have all those but found another checklist inside the AIM handbook that asked for the "Complete acknowledgment of the Cadet Handbook Form". Maybe I'll just have her write an attestation acknowledging she read the book, if we can't find it anywhere, lol.
