From the “Recommendations” section of the application page in Bears Den (near the bottom of the page):
“If you completed the Physical Fitness Examination while attending AIM, and would like to use those results and not retake the exam, you must list "AIM Program" as the name of your PFE Administrator and AIMPFE@uscga.edu as the e-mail address.”

263 is a great score! Congrats to your son.Does the AIM PFE automatically load into the application or does DS need to call? He scored a 263 and I don't think he needs to retake it (please correct me if I am incorrect). Trying to save admissions from one more email
That is a great score, so I would suggest he use it and there is really no need to retake it. However, if he does choose to retake it (either administered by a coach or perhaps if he does an overnight visit), he can always call his AO with the improved score to add that to his application.

Have him double check his application to make SURE it's in there before he submits his application. Even if they said they submitted it... double check.
