What exactly do you do at AIM? Specifically the pt test?
The PFE (Physical Fitness Examination) consists of three parts. The first event is cadence push-ups. They have a tape that tells you when to go up and down. The next event is sit-ups. You can go as fast as you want for this event. You have 2 mins for both push-ups and sit-ups. Lastly, you have the 1.5 mile run. It's pretty straightforward. You get a short rest in between events.
