Still haven't received a thing in the mail. Do we call?

I just asked the acting AIM Project Officer and ~200 notification letters (including both accepts and non-accepts) were not mailed last week, but should be going out tomorrow.
 
Calling wont do any good right now because the admissions office is closed for commencement.

We have not received anything either. Son sent an email to the admission officer who sent him the original email. Said he was qualified but put into a lottery because so many applicants. Unfortunately he was not chosen.:thumbdown:
 
there was another lottery this year for AIM? i dont think i was put in the lottery because i usually have bad luck but if i was then wow.
 
I just received an e-mail that I was fully qualified and competative, but I was put in the lottery and not drawn. Good luck to all other lotto players.
 
AIM Acceptance from NOVA

Got the word this week that our son got into Week 1. Is anyone else going up from Washington, DC for that session? Looking at 25% off AMTRAK for trip up, looking for others leaving from Union Station.
 
My son received a letter in the mail yesterday that was dated May 19th. It said the same thing as vampsoul's. He was put into the lottery but not chosen. He's pretty disappointed.
 
I was also put into the lottery and not chosen. I was offered a spot for an overnight in the fall however.
 
My son was also put into the lottery and not chosen. (big bummer) He too was offered a day this fall. I was wondering if everyone not chosen in the lottery was offered the fall opportunity.
I was also wondering if we could get statistics about how many of the applicants were selected outside the lottery process?

I will be attending AIM session 2. but was wondering where the AIM handbook is (packing list, travel arrangements etc.)
