Air Force Form 4428

I received an appointment to USAFA and the list of forms contains the Air Force form 4428, the tattoo, brand form. On the application portal, it states that I need my ALO to sign the form, however, I’ve emailed him once a week for the last 3 weeks and have tried calling but still failed to reach him. Is there anyway I can submit the form without the signature?

Outside my authoritative lane, but I would submit AND provide the details of your attempts at communication. Certainly not a slam on the ALO, who may be indisposed with other pressing issues

My son has been experiencing the same. His admissions counselor advised exactly what Mr. Mullen suggested above, so he will he submitting it tomorrow.

If you're striking out with your ALO, PM me...send me your school name and location and I'll find that ALO and a backup that should help you.

Added: I see one of the counselors offered an alternative. They're pretty amazing people and they'd know.
