Air Force ROTC - Am I Competitive?

This summer going into my Senior year, I researched all available ROTC options, to include Air Force. I am currently an applicant for Army ROTC, Marine Option Navy ROTC, West Point, USAFA, USNA, and USCGA. Unfortunately, though, I was not eligible for an Air Force ROTC scholarship until just now, due to my ACT score increasing from a 25 to a 26. This, as you may know, is the minimum eligibility standard. My question is, with this being the minimum, am I even competitive? Any information is welcome, thank you all so much.
