I found good airplane tickets for R-day. Can I go ahead and buy the tickets, because I’m not sure how it works for the new cadet.
 
The term is 'cadet candidate.' ❤ Your cadet candidate will end up travelling on orders and being reimbursed for the trip. If your family is travelling, you can buy your tickets now and hope that your cadet candidate gets on your flight. If your cadet candidate is flying alone it is best to wait. If you are flying together you can buy them but it may impact the reimbursement for your child.
