ALO Interview Question Not Asked Before

What does it mean, if anything, when USAFA requests an ALO to move up his assigned candidate interview due date because the candidate successfully completed all candidate kit forms and will be considered for an appointment?

It simply means that the candidate has completed "X" amount of the package and USAFA would like the ALO to do the form 4060 interview.

Nothing sinister, weird, or to be concerned about.
