You know what...DON'T be nervous.
I know, easy to say but...I've been an ALO for 19 years and my goal is to put the candidate at ease. I want to know who they are, why are they here, and what makes them tick. To learn this, I need to get to know them. So I joke with them, laugh with them, get to know them...
Don't worry about the ALO interview; just answer questions honestly.
It'll be FINE!!!

Listen to the ALO,. Think about if you have no problem conversing with him, and CC here. They don't make you nervous, right?
The ALO's position is to be in part your support system/mentor/GC. They are there to assist, you down this path so you can obtain your goal of an appointment.
