Just received a principle nomination to USAFA and have a few questions I would like to ask my ALO. Unfortunately, he has a history of taking a while to respond via email. I had a long and productive call with him a few months back and it was very wonderful, however. I just feel like it may intruding to call without forewarning. Could I ask the questions to my evaluator ALO?

Hopefully someone else could chime in on this as well, but when I had my interview with my evaluator ALO, he was very kind and insisted that if I had any questions about USAFA, becoming an officer, etc. that I could call or email him. I would definitely shoot an email or text your ALO before calling though, just to give them that heads up. But it couldn't hurt to also contact your evaluator ALO. They're there to help you too.

I'm not sure what the exact policy is, but my evaluator ALO actually reached out to me after the interview to ask how I was doing with my application/nominations. He was next-level helpful and even called me for 1/2 hour to answer some of my questions.

It probably depends on the ALO.
