Thanks again!

You can't wear sunglasses during Beast so I don't know why that is on the list and I doubt you can bring a musical instrument unless its really small.

I would also bring insoles for the running shoes and boots. A flashlight with red lens that attaches to things would also be helpful. Moleskin would also help since you'll most likely get blisters. I also brought 550 cord and duct tape but I never really needed it except for a spirit mission. :shake: Other than that, the list is pretty good. I used a similar one to that and brought everything on it.

Something that helped me through that R-day rush was zip loc bagging my stuff. For instance, I had all of my compression shorts in a zip loc bag, all of my toiletries in one bag, my flashlight clock and razor all in one zip loc bag. Not only does this cut down on the chance of you leaving something out but it makes it easy when you are rushed into a room and given a flight bag to put all your stuff in, you dont want to be that guy who is fumbling around in the bottom of his bag for a bottle of shampoo. Also just some empty zip loc bags are nice so you can pack things in them for when you go into the field, you wont realize until you get there how good it feels to be able to put on dry underwear and socks after being rained on all day. With this said, I am not suggesting, in any way, that you try and sneak in things that you arent supposed to have.
