AMI but no DoDMETS

I recently got an update in my DoDMERB portal requesting an AMI through Concorde. I checked the DoDMETS website but the only things that were there were previous AMI requests. Is this normal, is it just taking a while to update? I don't want to wait too long because I'd like to get this done ASAP, so if nothing happens I'll probably do the AMIs at a MTF. If this is done, are they responsible for sending the results to DoDMERB, or do I have to request the results from them to submit myself?
