I hope it isn't too late to reach out for help on this!

Some quick, chronological context:
December 2019 Took both my physical and eye exams.
January 15Received an AMI request.
February 20Finally found the DoDMERB website and became belatedly aware of said AMI request (a moment of many face-palms).
March 18Took a follow-up eye exam, at the end of which the optometrist assured me he'd just submitted my results to the system.
March 19Sent an email to my DoDMERB rep that had other requested medical records / forms attached. mentioned that I'd just taken my eye exam the day before.
March 20Received a confirmation email from her, asking me to allow for 15 business days to process
March 23Correspondence posted on DoDMERB page that said my AMI was insufficient and re-requested all of the optometry items on the first AMI request. (but the other items that didn't require a physician's appointment were gone)

I'm not sure if this new March 23 correspondence means my March 18 optometry exam has been processed already, since I distinctly remember doing many of the re-requested items on March 18 (like the cover test and the 14-plate test). And even if it does mean it's been processed, how should I act upon this? The optometrist assigned to me closed his office the day on March 19 to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (his office kindly managed to squeeze me in on their last day).

I followed up with my DoDMERB rep through email on March 25 asking this same question and was initially going to wait until 15 business days had passed before attempting to call her, since I figured things were probably hectic for everyone then. I found this forum today, though!

Thank you so much in advance!
