AMI Issue

Hi all. I have sent my technician the requested AMI two weeks ago yesterday and a follow up email asking if she had received it a week ago and still have not heard back. I tried calling the number listed but it was just a voicemail saying that the phone cannot be accessed due to Covid 19 and stated the email that I have been trying to communicate with. Does anyone know who else I should try to send my AMI to? I really want my DODMERB process to continue ahead as soon as possible. Thank you for any help anyone can provide!
 
Why wouldn't you email Mr. Mullen? Or copy him in on the follow up email?

I would email Mr. Mullen! I am sure he can put you in the right direction!
