My son hasn't received an LOA but has received a nomination from one of our senators so far. His file is complete. When he visited with his admissions counselor at the SA, the counselor said he was "very competitive" and that his file would be going to the board soon. My question is...will the academy give him an appointment if he is very competitive without waiting for the rest of the slate to finish their applications. Thanks
