Any other Navy sideload scholarship (2 and 3 year) applicants out there?

I applied for a two year Navy scholarship back in March and was wondering if there's anyone else out there who's in the same boat. Most of my unit is pretty much in the dark regarding the sideload scholarships, though I feel like we're not the only ones. What we managed to find out from our LT is that a board met on May 1 and we'll hear back regarding a scholarship anywhere from today (Friday, May 3) to our first class date in August.

Does anyone have any information regarding when we might find out for either the scholarship or advanced standing? In addition to that, does anyone have any kind of idea what the competition is like for this year's sideload scholarships?
