Anybody have trouble posting to the USNA candidate Activity Record page?

we completed this page last night and submitted it. but after submitting we checked the page and it says not submitted. I think we lost all of it . I printed it but the printout doesn't show all the information we entered in the comments.

just wondering if anyone had same situation before we key it all in again

I think the activity page has to be validated by the school first. You should have had to submit an email of your guidance counselor or school official along with the activities record. USNA will send it to them for validation. Once validated, it will show up on the portal as submitted.

oh! ok whew. DS was so annoyed that he lost all the info he keyed in. yes he supplied an email address at his school so i guess he just waits for that part to affirm.

If he looks on his application, next to the activities record there should be a blurb that says something like "awaiting verification from xxxxxxx" or something to that effect, this will eventually change to a check mark. If he doesn't see this, and he can still get into the actual form and fill it out, then he may not have actually submitted it.
